What Are My Ticket Options?

Here are the different types of passes LouFest offers for purchase:

Two Day General Admission Pass – Enjoy all two days of the festival and the entire lineup.

Single Day General Admission Pass – Enjoy the specific artists performing on the given day for which you buy a pass. Coming Soon.

VIP Pass – All the access of a General Admission pass with added comfort and class.

Platinum Pass – The Ultimate LouFest Experience

Children 12 years-old and younger will be admitted free of charge with a ticket-holding adult.

How Many Passes Can I Buy? Is there a Limit?

Yes, there is an event ticket purchase limit of 8. This limit applies per person, per transaction, per credit card, per billing address, per email address, and other factors.

Any person or group that exceeds the ticket limit in any way is subject to and at risk of order cancellation and refunding at the discretion of LouFest and its partners at any time after initial purchase.

Do I Pay Full Price For My Child?

Children 12 years-old and younger will be admitted free of charge with a ticket-holding adult.

What Is A "Collectible Credential"?

A Collectible Credential is a special keepsake in addition to your wristband. For a small upcharge, you can add a cool, 3D keepsake to your order. The Collectible Credential is a lanyard that can be worn around your neck during the festival, and be taken home for a keepsake. It will include the year’s customized artwork and specific lineup.

Ticket Protection

We now offer 100% Ticket Protection in the event that you cannot attend the festival for a valid, documented reason. The cost is 6% of the ticket price and can be added to your order during the purchase process. Are 2-Day Passes Two Separate Wristbands?

No, it will be one special wristband, so you will need it both days.

There's A Good Deal On Craigslist...Should I?

Every year thousands of our loving fans think that buying a ticket via Craigslist, StubHub, eBay, or any broker site will save them some cash and allow them to access the festival. Unfortunately, many of these passes are either already used or are counterfeits.

Please don’t make us stop you at the gate and send you to the infamous “trouble” table to examine the pass, notice that it’s not yours, and turn you away, sobbing down the street. It’s unbecoming and although we’d love to just let you in, you didn’t buy it from us and therefore, we cannot validate your story. If you want 100% confidence that you’ll be cool, click here to purchase your tickets every single time.

Oftentimes people will try to sell their wristbands to others if they cannot attend a certain day. Unfortunately, the removing of a wristband automatically voids it. Our crack security takes great pain in checking every wristband to assure it has not been removed and replaced. You will be caught and you will be escorted directly from the property. Please do not let them tell you that it’s okay while you fork over a load of cash for two days of music – simply visit our Tickets Page or call 888.512.SHOW (7469) to purchase tickets.

Ticket Legalese

Rain or Shine.

Ticket is for LouFest, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket.

“Management” means LouFest, Listen Live Entertainment, and their affiliates. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband. Pass user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Pass user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of the pass higher than that appearing on the ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. The pass may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Management. Pass user consents to Management’s use of their image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event.

Box Office: When Is It Open? Where Is It?

The LouFest box office is located just north, across the street from the North Entrance. Refer to this map for guidance.

The Box Office will accept cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

How Will I Receive My Pass?

LouFest orders will begin shipping in the month of August every year. Visit or call 888-512-SHOW (7469) with any questions or if you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event.

Can I Bring A Friend One Day and Someone Else The Next Day?

Each 2-Day GA wristband is your Pass for the 2-day event. They are non transferable and become void if removed and placed on someone else.

Questions About An Order Already Placed?

If you’ve already purchased your 2-Day or 1-Day Pass and need to change your shipping address, want to know the status of your order, look up your order history, or have a general question about your order, please contact our official ticket provider, Front Gate Tickets via or call 888.512.SHOW (7469).

Refunds and/or exchanges are not allowed after a ticket is purchased.

Someone Stole My Tickets! Help?

Please have a police report issued and contact or call 888.512.SHOW (7469) in advance of the performance to speak to a customer care agent.

Can I Mess With My Wristband?

DO NOT remove your wristband between days. If wristbands are removed or tampered with whatsoever, they are void and will be confiscated. If wristbands are too loose and look like they can be slipped on and off, they will be confiscated.
